Refund policy

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• A valid receipt or order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

a. Exchange

You can exchange the product for:

• A different size

• A different color

• A different item (price differences may apply)

c. No Cash Refunds

Layna does not offer cash refunds unless the item is defective

4. You will receive instructions for returning the item.
